Routine care for your pet’s wellbeing.
Your pet’s health needs to change throughout their life. It’s important they visit a vet for routine physical examinations and vaccines. The frequency of such visits depends largely on several factors such as the breed, lifestyle, age of your pet, as well as any pre-existing conditions. The CAH team works to understand your pet, and their health needs and personalizes a wellness plan for them while staying alert to your pet’s wellbeing.
What to expect during a routine visit:
Pets can’t tell us when they’re feeling down and some may even hide that they’re in pain. That’s why routine checkups are such an important step in ensuring your pet’s health and happiness. During these visits, our vets perform a complete physical examination (from head to tail), including an assessment of diet and water intake, activity levels, behavioral changes, and weight changes.

Our team will perform diagnostic tests and administer the required vaccinations that your pet needs based on their treatment plans. Depending on your pet’s needs, additional tests or care may be taken during these visits. All of this information helps our veterinary team better understand your pet’s health and needs. Ultimately, it allows our vets to catch health problems early and prevent them from progressing altogether. Plus, we love seeing our furry friends!
In addition to vaccinations and physical exams, preventative health care also includes the following:
Heartwork, flea, tick prevention
Diet planning and weight management

This place was amazing! I called and was able to get in within 40 minutes of my call which was 2 hours before they closed too! I called at least 8 other Emergency Vets before calling them and I would go back in a heartbeat! The techs and DVM were wonderful and so caring. Alice, my 16-year-old cat, is happy to be back home.
