You will be able to purchase all medications and prescription foods for your pet upon your visit with us due to our in-house pharmacy.

One of our team members will give you a call when your pet's medications or specialty foods are are ready for pick up.

Yes, it's always best to call ahead to book your appointment as it ensures we have room in our schedule to see your pet and address your concerns.

We provide good faith estimates of the costs associated with our services and surgeries prior to beginning treatment. Our team will always discuss written estimates with clients before they leave our hospital. Deposits will be required based on our estimate prior to further treatment.

Also, it is important to note that there could be unforeseen circumstances that could impact the total reflected in your final bill. We do our best to communicate with clients each step of the way so there should never be any surprises.

We understand that things come up. If you need to reschedule or even cancel your appointment, please contact us and let us know as soon as you can so that we're able to offer that time in our schedule to other clients in need.

While not mandatory, we highly encourage all our clients to fill out the New Patient Intake Form on our website to provide us basic information about their pet in advance of the appointment. This allows our clients to save some extra time and have a more seamless experience upon arrival.
